- You can import an existing resume from a PDF or DOCX file. Resumes and cover letters are downloaded as PDF; Woberry does not export to Word (.docx).
- We take your privacy seriously. Data is encrypted in transit, and we process personal data in line with the GDPR. Your resume is only shared with an employer when you apply, or when our team applies for you through Auto-Apply. You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your settings. Our Privacy Policy has the details.
- Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. Woberry does not store your full card details.

- The resume builder works for any industry. Our templates and examples cover fields such as tech, finance, healthcare and marketing, and the AI tools take the job title and industry you enter into account.
- The STAR answer builder helps you turn your own experience into structured answers to behavioral interview questions, using the Situation, Task, Action and Result framework. It is available on selected paid plans.
- You enter a job title, industry and experience level, choose a question type and, if you like, paste the job description. The AI generates interview questions with suggested answers and tips, which you can save and rehearse. It is text-based: it does not record, analyse or score your answers. AI interview questions are available on selected paid plans.

- On selected paid plans, the AI salary negotiation tool drafts negotiation scripts based on the offer and situation you describe. Treat them as a starting point and adapt them to your own circumstances.
- On selected paid plans, AI salary insights give an estimated salary range for a role, location and experience level. These are AI-generated estimates, not official statistics, so check them against current local sources before relying on them.
- There is no separate iOS or Android app. Woberry works in the web browser on your phone, tablet or computer, and your account is the same on every device.
- Yes. You can opt in to a daily email with job listings that match your preferences, which you can change or turn off in your settings.
- The application tracker in your dashboard keeps your applications, their status and follow-up dates in one place, with reminders so you know when to follow up.
- Yes. Cancel at any time in Settings → Profile → Subscription Settings, which opens our Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period or All-Access Pass; you keep access until then and won't be charged again. Our Pricing FAQ and Terms of Service explain cancellation and refunds in full.
- You manage your subscription in our Stripe billing portal from your account settings. Where a plan change is available there, Stripe shows any prorated charge or credit before you confirm.
- No. Every plan, including the paid plans, has an included allowance for documents and AI features, counted over the life of your account rather than reset each month. When you reach an allowance, the app tells you and shows your options.
